The Application must be completed 30 days prior to the first day of the schedule event or late fees will be applied (as outlined in section 10 of the Event Sanctioning Policy).

- Event schedule - including dates/times
- EAP - Emergency Action Plan
- Equipment List
- Other licensing or agreements required to be reviews (ie: gaming or alcohol licenses)
