Athlete/Coach Information 

Once Step 1 has been completed. The main club contact from the club member registration form will be contacted with instructions to set up their registration process through Ramp.

Your athletes, coaches and board members will not be covered by insurance unless they complete their registration. All coaches must have background verification completed and up to date for the season.  Please refer to COACHES BACKGROUND

 

Participant Fee Payment

Once you have competed the registration process for your club, you will be invoiced for the total number of athletes, coaches and board members registered.

Minor Clubs Athlete Fee: $32.00 per season - Adult Clubs Athlete Fee: $17.00 per athlete
Coaches Fee: $10.00 per coach
Board of Directors Fee: $10.00 per board member

The insurance breakdown as it relates to your membership is as follows:

Athlete

  • Athlete Accident Insurance

Club

  • Club Liability Insurance
  • Coaches Insurance
  • Directors & Officers Insurance

Directors and Officers Errors & Omissions insurance will pay those sums that the insured becomes legally obligated to pay as compensatory damages because of a “wrongful act”. A “wrongful act” means:

  1. Any actual or alleged error, misstatement, or misleading statement made by an insured;
  2. Any actual or alleged act, omission, neglect or breach of duty by an insured. Examples are: A coach suing to be reinstated Acts beyond granted authority Causing the association to incur unnecessary tax liabilities Misuse of funds If a person sues the Board for an actual or alleged act, this section responds.
